Lisa Lietz-Ray is a Senior Associate at the firm who focuses her practice on creditor’s rights and collections. Lisa has been zealously collecting and enforcing creditor's rights since 1991. She assists her clients with all steps in the lending and collections process, including fine-tuning credit applications and account agreements, filing lawsuits when necessary, and pursuing post-judgment collection of collateral and funds owed. Lisa's experience also includes representing creditors in bankruptcy cases, where she helps ensure that her client's rights are preserved, and they are treated fairly.
